At EGM Cigars, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if your luxury apparel or accessories do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team or visit our online returns portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
